Well, we've done it. We took a leap of faith, followed the directions and we are live. Who would believe that we could create a blog on our own as baby boomers, without the help of our techno kids and their GENX website abilities.
Anne and I have been married 34 years this coming November! WOW! It does not even seem possible. We've been married longer than we were single. Now that is a statement!
We have four incredible kids and 10 grandkids in all! All of them are talented, accomplished and self-sufficient adults. What more could parents hope for.
Gil, Anne's first child from earlier in life, has three wonderful children. Melissa, is Gil's oldest, Arianna, his second oldest and Austin is the youngest. They live in Southern California, near San Diego.
Cheryl, our oldest daughter, is a member of the Wellman clan. Husband Scott is a local Dentist with an office in Pebble Creek (Litchfield Park, AZ), and they have three fun kids (actually even more fun grandkids) Tyrick, Kaycie and now the very mobile Kendall.
Shanna, our second oldest, is studying at Purdue University to become an audiologist. Her two great boys, Brenden and Ian, are with her. Brenden is our little Mozart/brainiac and Ian is the koolest kid on the block. Both are great fun and we miss them while they are back east with Shanna.
Sean, our youngest, is living in Grove City, Ohio, attending OHIO STATE Dental School. They have two darling girls, Anika and Avery. What a pair. Anika is 3 going on 18. Avery is quickly learning how to be the durable second child. We miss them all.
We feel like the most blest people in the world. We have four of the greatest children and 10 grandchildren that add a great deal of joy to our life. We are truly blest with all the fun and fulfillment they all add to life.
Stop in often as we build our blodspot and continue to add pictures and stories about our family, our lives and what is going on.
